Mavorixafor is used in adults and children at least 12 years old with WHIM syndrome to help fight infections.

What is the most important information I should know about Xolremdi (Oral)?
Tell your doctor about all your other medicines. Some drugs should not be used with mavorixafor.
Tell your doctor if you have or have ever had:
- heart problems, including long QT syndrome (in you or a family member); or
- liver or kidney disease.
May harm an unborn baby. Use effective birth control while using mavorixafor and for at least 3 weeks after your last dose. Tell your doctor if you become pregnant.
You may need to have a negative pregnancy test before starting this treatment.
Do not breastfeed while using this medicine, and for at least 3 weeks after your last dose.
Side Effects
What are the side effects of Xolremdi (Oral)?
Get emergency medical help if you have signs of an allergic reaction: hives, difficult breathing, swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat.
Call your doctor right away if you have fast or pounding heartbeats, shortness of breath, and sudden dizziness.
Common side effects may include:
- dizziness;
- nosebleed;
- vomiting;
- skin rash;
- easy bruising, unusual bleeding, purple or red spots under your skin; or
- runny or stuffy nose, sneezing, and itching.

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Can I take Xolremdi (Oral) if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?

Interactions
What drugs and food should I avoid while taking Xolremdi (Oral)?
Grapefruit may interact with mavorixafor and cause side effects. Avoid consuming grapefruit products.
Dosage Guidelines & Tips
How to take Xolremdi (Oral)?
Use Xolremdi (Oral) exactly as directed on the label, or as prescribed by your doctor. Do not use in larger or smaller amounts or for longer than recommended.
Follow all directions on your prescription label and read all medication guides or instruction sheets. Use the medicine exactly as directed.
Doses are based on weight. Your dose may change if you gain or lose weight.
Take on an empty stomach in the morning, 30 minutes before a meal.
Swallow the capsule whole and do not crush, chew, break, or open it.
You may need medical tests to check your heart function.
Store this medicine in the refrigerator, tightly closed in the original container away from moisture. Do not freeze.
Skip the missed dose and use your next dose at the regular time. Do not use two doses at one time.
