What is the most important information I should know about Jascayd (Oral)?
Tell your doctor if you have or have ever had:
- liver or kidney disease.
In animal studies, nerandomilast caused pregnancy problems such as miscarriage, premature delivery, or stillbirth. It is not known if these effects could occur in humans. Ask your doctor about the risk.
It is not known if nerandomilast will harm an unborn baby. Tell your doctor if you are pregnant or plan to become pregnant.
Ask a doctor if it is safe to breastfeed while using this medicine.
Side Effects
What are the side effects of Jascayd (Oral)?
Get emergency medical help if you have signs of an allergic reaction: hives, difficult breathing, swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat.
Serious side effects may be more likely, or you may have none at all.
Common side effects may include:
- diarrhea;
- cold symptoms such as stuffy nose, sneezing, sore throat, COVID-19 infection;
- depressed mood;
- nausea or vomiting;
- loss of appetite, weight loss;
- tiredness, headache, or dizziness; or
- back pain.

How to take Jascayd (Oral)?
Use Jascayd (Oral) exactly as directed on the label, or as prescribed by your doctor. Do not use in larger or smaller amounts or for longer than recommended.
Follow all directions on your prescription label and read all medication guides or instruction sheets. Use the medicine exactly as directed.
Nerandomilast is usually taken twice per day around 12 hours apart.
Swallow the tablet whole and do not crush, chew, or break it.
You may take nerandomilast with or without food.
If you are unable to swallow the medicine, read and carefully follow the instructions provided to you on how to prepare and use nerandomilast. Ask a doctor or pharmacist if you do not understand these instructions.
Store this medicine in the original container at room temperature away from moisture and heat.
Skip the missed dose and use your next dose at the regular time. Do not use two doses at one time.
