How to take Alka-Seltzer Heartburn Relief Lemon Lime (Oral)?
Use Alka-Seltzer Heartburn Relief Lemon Lime (Oral) exactly as directed on the label, or as prescribed by your doctor. Do not use in larger or smaller amounts or for longer than recommended.

Dissolve 2 effervescent tablets in at least 4 ounces of water. Stir and drink right away. Add more water to the glass, swirl and drink.
Adults and children over 12 should not take more than 8 effervescent tablets per day, and people over 60 should not take more than 4 effervescent tablets daily.
Stop using citric acid and sodium bicarbonate and call your doctor if your symptoms do not improve after taking the maximum dose for 2 weeks.
Ask a doctor before giving this medicine to children below 12 years of age.
Store at room temperature away from moisture, heat, and light. Keep out of the reach of children.
Citric acid and sodium bicarbonate is used when needed. If you are on a dosing schedule, skip any missed dose. Do not use two doses at one time.
