Sophia DeVito is a New York–based freelance writer and communications professional with a passion for health, wellness, beauty, and lifestyle editorial content, complemented by hands-on experience in the wine and spirits industry. Her background spans writing, editing, social media management, advertising, and research. Most recently, she served as a Beauty Research Strategist at People, conducting large-scale product testing and research for InStyle and Byrdie.
